NeShanta is CEO for Comprehensive Therapy Consultants. She leads the organization’s vision and business operations. NeShanta has over 20 years experience in Healthcare and Human Resources. Prior to joining Comprehensive Therapy, NeShanta owned two businesses in Atlanta and Macon, GA. Her first company still in operation, Benchmark Benefit Consulting, works with small businesses and governmental entities to design employee benefit plans of value to their staff. Community Horizon, a developmental disability agency, was NeShanta’s second company grown from the ground up. A true entrepreneur, she loves to create business and opportunities for local communities. NeShanta received her degree in Healthcare Management from University of North Carolina at Asheville. Since then she has served on several local non-profit and community boards.
Lissa Watterson Director of Therapy Services
Lissa graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Occupational Therapy in 1994. She has been working for CTC as a school therapist since 2006 and became a Director of Therapy Services in 2013. Prior to that she worked as an OT serving adults in a variety of settings including hospitals, long term care, outpatient rehabilitation and home health. In 2006, Lissa found her OT niche working with children. She has worked with children in the home and clinic setting as well as in aquatic therapy. Lissa enjoys maintaining a part time caseload as well as mentoring new therapists.
Daphnee TidayHuman Resources Administrator
Daphnee Tiday serves as HR/Office Manager for Comprehensive Therapy Consultants. Daphnee has accumulated over 7 years of diverse Human Resources experience such as recruitment/talent management, payroll, HR systems administration, records management, training & development, HR policy & compliance, auditing, generalist duties and much more.
Prior to taking on her role, Daphnee served as Human Resource Manager at a Commercial Real Estate company, where she spent three years building a Human Resources Department supporting 1,000+ employees. Also, providing strategic HR support and acting as a team mentor.
Daphnee earned a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
She lives in Dallas, Georgia with her husband and their set of twins.
Candice FeivelsonManager of Therapy Services
Candice graduated from Binghamton University in 2005 with a B.A. in Linguistics and went on to get her M.S. in Speech Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. She has worked in a variety of settings including children’s hospital outpatient rehabilitation, private practice, private schools, and now public schools along with her role as Therapy Services Manager role that began in May of 2018. She has specialized in pediatric Modified Barium Swallow Studies, feeding therapy, craniofacial, and all pediatric disorders. Candice loves working with the pediatric population and mentoring new therapists.
Caroline RafuseMarketing Specialist
Caroline graduated from the University of West Georgia with an undergraduate degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Over the last 7 years, she has worked in the therapy field as a speech aide for a private practice and manager of a speech and occupational therapy clinic. For the last 4 years, she dedicated her free time to an independent study of marketing to become a marketing specialist. Caroline and her husband Ryan live in Marietta and enjoy spending time with their family and sweet puppy.
Polly BensonDirector of Education
Polly Benson, OTR/L, is a licensed Occupational Therapist with Comprehensive Therapy Consultants. Her focus is on the evaluation and treatment of students with various levels of deficits in school based therapies, and the development and implementation of individualized treatment strategies and goals through unique uses of technology. Ms. Benson has served as the Lead Occupational Therapist on the Assistive Technology team in Forsyth County Schools, was awarded a grant, and recognized for her involvement in an iPad pilot study within the county school system. This study won the award for “Excellence in AT Team Award 2012-2013”. She has worked with the special needs and physical disabilities population for over 20 years, and has authored numerous presentations and appeared as a speaker at the MOPS International Convention for three consecutive years. Ms. Benson has partnered with schools and nonprofit foundations to offer services to families on wellness and the positive aspects of staying healthy. She currently teaches an after school program designed to make handwriting fun with innovative activities, technology and techniques. Ms. Benson has served in numerous PTA leadership roles and also started a non-profit group called Fun Fitness for Results. She has served as the co-chair of the Adopt a School and WeLearn Programs with the Chamber of Commerce Education Committee. Ms. Benson received her degree in Allied Medicine from The Ohio State University and is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
