NeShanta is CEO for Comprehensive Therapy Consultants. She leads the organization’s vision and business operations. NeShanta has over 20 years experience in Healthcare and Human Resources. Prior to joining Comprehensive Therapy, NeShanta owned two businesses in Atlanta and Macon, GA. Her first company still in operation, Benchmark Benefit Consulting, works with small businesses and governmental entities to design employee benefit plans of value to their staff. Community Horizon, a developmental disability agency, was NeShanta’s second company grown from the ground up. A true entrepreneur, she loves to create business and opportunities for local communities. NeShanta received her degree in Healthcare Management from University of North Carolina at Asheville. Since then she has served on several local non-profit and community boards.

NeShanta Wilburn
Teandra McFadden
Teandra graduated from Strayer University in 2017 with her M.S. in Human Resource Management; she graduated from Paine College in 2015 with her B.S. in English. She is a former educator and Teacher of the Year recipient. She taught for 8 years at the elementary level. As a former educator, Teandra also served as grade-level chair and a K-5 Instructional ELA and Math Coach. As a current HR professional Teandra has expertise in employee relations, data analysis, change management, business performance management, leadership, recruitment, and much more. She started her HR career as an HR Administrator in manufacturing. She then went on to work as an HR Generalist where she directed more than 500 employees. Teandra now serves as the HR Manager at CTC. She started her role as HR Manager at CTC in 2023. Teandra loves working with others and being a resource for the people. She is originally from Greenwood, South Carolina but now resides in Georgia with her husband, daughter, and fur baby.
Candice Feivelson
Candice graduated from Binghamton University in 2005 with a B.A. in Linguistics and went on to get her M.S. in Speech Language Pathologist from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. She has worked in a variety of settings including children’s hospital outpatient rehabilitation, private practice, private schools, and public schools. She started with CTC as the Therapy Services Manager while working in the schools, and became Director of Programs and Talent in 2020. She has specialized in pediatric Modified Barium Swallow Studies, feeding therapy, craniofacial, and all pediatric disorders. She has presented at conferences and creates CEU courses for CTC University. She loves working with te pediatric population and mentoring/supervising new grads. Candice lives in Cooper City, Florida with her husband, Brian, their two children, and fur baby, Dexter.
Erica Stamchev
Erica graduated from Auburn University in 2012 with a B.A. in Radio, TV, and Film. After doing some soul searching, she decided to pursue a Masters in Speech Language Pathology from the University of South Florida in Tampa. After graduating in 2015, Erica moved to the Atlanta metro area. She began working for CTC during her CF year and has continued to work with CTC since that time. She has worked in the public school system and provided teletherapy services to students with a variety of needs and ages, from preschool up to the age of 22. Her passion is working with middle school and high school students and making meaningful connections with her students. Erica lives in Brookhaven, Georgia with her husband and fur baby Tater.
Caroline Rafuse
Caroline graduated from the University of West Georgia. Finding her true love for marketing, Caroline became the director of marketing at Highline Collective marketing agency before starting her role as Vice President at Comprehensive Therapy Consultants. She and her husband, Ryan, live in Rome Georgia with their son and enjoy spending time with their family and puppy.
